The Negative
The color theme wasn\'t up to the mark. One can not make what's the purpose.

Contents are easily available on single page. HTML is well coded

A bit heavy on the charcoal grey and not sure the page would attract the weight lifters they seem to be wanting.

The title plus the banner image take up too much room. You could really consolidate it into one image, with the search below.

The colour scheme blends well. The blue of the banner image stands out just enough to make the site interesting.

The logo is too simple, in my opinion. The blue blocks to the left of the design take my eyes away from the content and have no purpose. I wasn't sure what the site was supposed to be about until I read the content closely.

I think the colour scheme has potential to be very nice. Quite easy to navigate.

The Negative
I'd loose the bottom powered my wordpress with clouds. Also the very top of the website there is some cloud image that might be there I am using Firefox on a mac. You might want to check browsershots.org to check compatipility.
The Positive
The top "keys to gaining mass" that's nice and works well. Also content is rich and get for SEO. It is nicly structured but I would like to see more specific catagories.

I really don't like sites with white text on dark backgrounds...it makes them hard to read. You could offer the user the choice to different color styles. I also think this site would benefit from a nice graphic near the logo, maybe of weights or a muscled arm or both.

It is extremely apparent that this is a wordpress theme, without reading the footer. The design is nice but has little to nothing to do with the content of the site.

The site does not immediately its purpose for the user. It also seems that the "toy box is emptied" on the home page...let people browse around a little to see what the site has to offer. I agree that the clouds are inappropriate for the subject matter. The logo(?), "Lifting Heavy" is plain and uninspiring.
The Positive
I am personally a big fan or the blue/black color scheme and I would keep it, just reconfigure in a different way. The site is easy to read and understand. I think that it is a good start; it just needs a little tweaking. It seems like the code is good and well-optimized for SEO, you might want to check the number of times that a word appears on the page just to make sure the spiders don't count you out as spam.

Get rid of the blue advertisment in the middle of your page. I makes sense having ads, if you need it, but you should have it up on teh first screen. Maybe if it was lower or something. Are clouds

Love the color scheme. I do like the search bar at the top, as well as the different links on the left. The words "Pages" and "categories" and such might be to big though.

this is a nice looking website for something else....information on the site appears to be good advice and solid, fact based information, but I only read 3 or 4 articles

I would change the blue header with the clouds and the text above it. The clouds just don't fit the purpose / intent of the site - it looks like a religious site based on that header. Also try to work in the adsense a bit better.

It's a very simple, direct, and to the point type of site. Which is good and what I always like.
