The Negative
There is way too much space on the homepage. It does not seem organized, it is suppose to be one of the most important pages.

The site's colour scheme is really nice, I like the header.

your home page is a bit chaotic, a lot of information on a to small area. I don't like the green navigation arrows either.

The video loads automatically, for my needs, I would prefer a video to load on request. A few tiny html errors, assume its wordpress stuff!

the layout should be more strutured. the logo is a bit ugly, and it's the same for the header.

The 4 columns made it very difficult to find out what the purpose of the website was and where to focus on. It was more distracting than useful.

Blue and Green is a very nice color theme. The code was very well structured and easy to read.

The only thing I'm a tad bit iffy on is the appearance of a "loose" home page content area. And that's mainly because you have 2 columns in the middle content area where there's normally just 1. It's not that big of a deal but I'd recommend separating them with a light gray vertical line. Just give a border-right: 1px solid #colorcode;

Very simplistic layout, minimalistic for the most part in the graphics department.
