The objective is not clear. search bar is not well placed

There's just a little bit too much space between areas on the page...you could remove some of the excess white space without ruining the flow of the page

The images of the products don't fit... I would try to make them more abstract and then try a crystal style like in the rest of the site. But I don't now if it will improve.

You get immediatly a clue of what this site is about, so don't worry. I also like the glossy web 2.0 style.

Even though there is a lot going on, okay not that much, but the site still seems as if though there is something missing. Maybe the site can do with a bit of contrast.

The site is neat and I like the 1,2,3 on the homepage. It feels as if though whatever the site does, it will be easy for me to contribute

Invalid XHTML markup. The bookmark button on the top right doesn't quite fit with the colour scheme, perhaps try changing the bright blue to something else?

I don't really have too many negative comments about this one. I'd suggest on the home page, underneath the "What We Do" section maybe to put in a brief paragraph that goes into a little bit more about what you the site is and does.
