The Negative
Pretty "typical" type of design / site for a web design company. I would definitely work on structuring the main content area more, you have "Creative. Aff..." that text by itself with a ton of bottom margin - I think this area could be improved a lot.

Good branding behind the site which is something commonly overlooked.

You need to fix your pricing guide not the best with how it's not at the top of the page.Something weird about your contact us page. you need a form on there also. Need more color and life.Also update your news.

Any website that advertising web design should be virtually above reproach. In other words, if you are advertising good web design, your website should display better than good web design. The website is not bad, but it could definately be improved. Especially the colors.

code doesn't validate, a bit too plain design maybe. When css is turned off there really should be a skip to content link so you don't have to go through all the links and news stories before you get to the content of the site.

Code not as clean as I would like. Some of the design (basically everything thats not the header) is very plain and not exciting.
