The white background in the right and left sides of the site are a distraction...make them the same color as the neutral gray in your color scheme. Your navigation at the bottom doesn't fit right either

At first the site seemed quite busy. I wasn't really sure where to look. I don't think the menu is given enough credit. It seems to be very small and stuck in the top corner. Don't like how the whole design is squashed in the midddle of my screen. A wider design or a fluid width design would be much better.

Very nice colour scheme. Plenty of white space in certain areas. Easy to navigate and good attention to detail.

i dislike the secondary layout at the bottom, only use the curl on the home item on the left, use a normal rectangle shape for the others

The color red isn't really the most soothing of colours. I would disagree that it fits with weightloss. It seems more dangerous than healthy.

Like the "physical exam" app on the homepage, it draws attiontion for sure. I might even fill it in

The white text in the intro box and the background are bright. I would consider making these a shade darker to increase readability.

The navigation and logo are clear and effective. Member reviews are important and helpful (I might even move them up on the page).

The form drop down was "jumping" on selecting in firefox. Quite annoying! I'm high risk apparently, but only just!, please can you get the form to tell me I'm perfectly fine so that I can continue eating bacon! (j/k). The site doesn't seem interactive enough, I don't know what I mean by that but I feel it is just lacking, something.. Huuge gaps in the html..

I have no negative comments, other then the navigation bar on the bottom take a tour needs to fit beter. Plus this site looks like your here to make money. If you want to make money off a site you will have to change that.

The take a tour page needs to go into more detail and have better screenshots. And instead of focusing on the specific features of the service, go into about how exactly it will *help* people reach goals - instead of just simply noting they'll be trained by fitness trainers.

It's a pretty unique concept and I like the layout.
