I'm looking for general comments on the design, but theres a few things in particular I'd like to know. Page Loading - any issues in speed? I've personally noticed a few problems and I think there may be too much JS loading.Branding and Trustworthiness - Do you see this as a cowboy lender or a reputable company. What information is missing? Thanks!

I'm sorry to say, but it really does look like a spam site. I know you may not be doing such a thing, but it really looks like it. The layout really doesn't reveal what your site is meant to do.

As per your comments, to me it DOES look like a cowboy lender, but that is due to two points, you are not a recognised brand and the general design of the Web site does not lead me to think that you care too much about the presentation of the brand. I imagine clients expect a lot more in terms of presentation should they trust this fro the loan needs or whatever they use you for. The form on the payday loans page took nearly 30 seconds to load and I have a fast connection! (2mbps) I would perhaps be tempted to have less colours, keep the logo to solid colours and remove the logo border/ outline. Less is more in this case I feel, see http://www.webcreme.com for web sites that do this well.
The Positive
like the logo, simplify the site. If finance is your main area, just tell the visitor that and allow them the option to find the information from the first page, concentrate on your image first, then allow them to get to your products easy, it looks a bit overloaded on the home page right now! This site is pretty boring. The subject matter,financial services is pretty dry on its own and could use some sexing up. I would have added a side navigation bar to inform users of where to click. Right now the site looks as though there is no navigation at all and only the curious will see what the site has to offer. To answer your question, the site does not help your credibility.The site does not look expensive enough.

Color scheme is good and each section has a call to action which will probably increase your buy-in. Copy is clean, simple and easily read and indexed. The pages load in a snap. Using Firefox for Windows XP on a Cable modem, however.
