The Negative
I cannot stand flash websites and the sound on this website is extremely annoying. Not the background music for the pages, but the sound when you click on a link in the header... it's too much for me and to be honest, I don't think flash is suitable for any website.

I like the color scheme but nothing really pops out of the page.

I don't like the flash. It makes using and finding information difficult the way it is used. It looks really small on my monitor.

Because of the fact that the site is made in Flash, only one page will be indexed... To get around this you could make an html version of the website as well.
The Positive
The overall look and feel of the website is exceptional. The layout and blue color theme are a pleasing to the eyes. The site is made in Flash, and some very nice animations were done to add up to the feel of the website.
