Other than the borders, the website is great. The color blends in great with everything, has alot of information about what the site is, alot of pictures.

the login panel don't work well with firefox2 on mac. the ads on the center of the page. Too much menu. no doctype.. html comment before the html content..

This is a pretty busy site. Not sure I like the ad placement on the right panel. It tends to break the mood. It's great on the articles page where the Gametap ads are the same. That adds some balance.
The Positive
This is indicative of the fan sites for many computer games. Tends to be that demographic (14-35 males) desires content-heavy sites and would yawn and click away if they were presented with something quieter. I am a big fan of Will Wright's work and if you go to the Xfire site and others like it, it has a similar look/feel and that is what the targeted user is expecting. So kudos on that. You know your audience and that's what it is all about!

Heavy look, not very clear design. This website tries to show too many things, we get lost in it. Many markup errors btw
