Site does not validate, the W3C validator returns 138 errors for the homepage alone! And why all the tables??? The blue is too bright/fluorescent and annoying.

The layout looks allright, but it can be achieved in better ways.

I take it this is simply a review website. You have adequate reviews/material but i feel like your Adwords could possibly go somewhere else. I notice them and avoid them where as you would want to "disguise" or place them somewhere that leads people to click them. Such as review for this...blah blah....In the middle and the end put adwords. The end adwords would be a great afterthought for people who want to know more about whatever it is the page is about.
