Well...it's ugly. A poorly modified Zen Cart. It really could be laid out better and with an original design, rather than based on a bad template

To me, the alignment could be better, and the layout could be more pleasing to the eye.

It is not immediately obvious what this site's purpose is, I can tell it has something to do with catering, whether it is a restaurant or a caterer's suppliers is not clear until you see the small box on the left with the knife for sale. Although it probably won't matter too much to this site, the html is a div soup and not coded brilliantly. also, from a visual perspective it feels to me that the borders are a slight overkill and could do with being replaced by softer colours, reduced or removed altogether.
The Positive
Focus more on the message of the site, what its does and whom it's intended. Simplify the colour scheme, the layout is great.

The Negative
The large image of the knife and fork should be removed, in my opinion. I would much rather see more text above the fold of my browser window. The image seems to take up a lot of the screen. I would consider moving the knife image in the header to the right, and move the logo to the left. The logo is more important, so should come before the image, in my opinion.

I knew what the site was about straight away. Content was easy to read, and the site was quite easy to navigate.

The space for the title have taken much space - can be reduced - other than that, I think it is good.

Sorry I didn't really like the color choice, strange like pink and grey. Maybe instead of going light grey on hover the main navigation could turn a deep version of the pink color or a deep red. I think having the login at the top or on the side-nav would have been a better idea.

I like the header. I like the rest of the layout. I like the dropdown menus, always a good choice.

I liked the site and it has clear purpose and detail. There is some gratuitis use of graphics. The write a review pencil is way too big for its purpose (and looks non-professional). The tell a friend is maybe too big, but it is too bold for the purpose. The two pencil images and tell a friend should not detract from the main message. The Manufacturer's box within a box is not necessary. Consider other visual presentation. I also don't see any purpose to show me my IP address. I question why it is there at all, or why you would even want to place it there. The various secure logos from goDaddy are not necessary. In my opinion does not add (and may not detract) from the trustworthiness of the site. My point of disconnect was that the pages were not SSL but had a secure seal. It's pretty ugly to be honest, and very cookie cutter in layout / design. The picture of the fork and knife slapped right in the middle of the content, as big as it is, really throws it off. The knife on the upper left that doesn't even blend in with the background throws it off even more! This needs more structure.
