Very unbtidy code, there are html and css valid stickers on there when the code is messy and invalid, please use the w3.org's validator to fix the code before claiming it is valid! http://validator.w3.org/ Not sure what the Web site is about from the first glance. Logo is pixelated round the edges.

The Negative
The Design isn't really nice. It's very dark and gray. It doesn't look attractive and maybe customers will close there window if they see this because it doesn't invite you to read. Maybe if you make it more colorfull, or more opener (with white) it gonna atract lots of more people. The header image has alsow a really bad border...very pixelatet. It's too bad beacause the rest of the site is excellent
The Positive
The structure of the site is really web 2.0 It's really well structured and very easy to use. Even a child can find his way back. A very good navigation makes it attrative to browse your website. The code behind the site is very good written. It uses modern techniques and is alsow very structured

The home page doesn't seem to describe what the site is about. I would recommend adding some colour in to the design just to brighten things up a little.

***yawn***. I neither know nor want to know what this site is about. The log is large and aliased. It does not look professional. The idea that the site is asking for donation without clearly stating WHY I should give them money is a rookie mistake. Draw them in and then ask for the loot! The color scheme is monotone in a bad way. If you want someone to hand over their cash, you need to give them something for free. All around poor.

The Negative
I really have no idea what this site is about when I visit the home page. Very confusing... You shouldn't have to click on FAQ to get the idea... So take the first FAQ question/answer and put that on the top of the content section of your home page. The logo is unnecessarily large, shrink it and it'll allow you to put something to the right of it (an ad, or useful content). And the main content area can just use some work / diversity. Maybe put up a list of the actual programs right aligned or something.
