The Negative
Honestly there\'s a lot wrong with this. I\'m going to assume you\'re a beginner, but one primary rule in web design is to keep things simple. You have stuff all over the place, the background "rays" are unnecessary and detract from the rest of the site.. The header portion / logo is hard to read and the colors don\'t go well together. I suggest visiting sites like templatemonster.com and trying to design those.. just copy them, it will help once you create your own designs. :)
